For example: The company, 3M, values innovation and encourages employees to experiment on company time. Then, if the experimentation results in an innovation, the company allows the employee to work on the project team for the innovation and provides a monetary reward to the employee for his/her creativity.
Now think about the entrepreneurial level of the culture in your own organization. What structures or processes promote entrepreneurship? What structures of processes hinder entrepreneurship?
