The scope of small business marketing includes all the business activities that are involved with the following a. Defining the Target market or Target customers b. Calculating the market potential for the business. c. Delivering the goods and services to the customers and ensuring customer satisfaction Small business marketing in the earlier days was nothing more than just selling the goods or services. It was not broad and has limited potential. It was just considered as a support function with limited use and hence many companies did not even have separate department for marketing
